Docket 28

Software for roll-off bin rental companies

Built around how your bin company runs.

Docket 28 runs your bins, jobs, dump tickets and invoices in one place, with drivers updating it from their phones. It's already built for bin rental, and every part is customizable, so I'd tailor it to how you work.

What you're looking at

Already built. Yours to shape.

  • Built for bin rental

Bins, jobs, drivers, dump tickets and invoices work today, so you're not paying for a project from scratch.

  • Customizable to the last detail

Workflows and data fields are shaped per company. The steps, prices and wording you see are starting points, and we'd tailor all of it to how you run.

  • No obligation

Try it, take what's useful and leave the rest.

How a day runs

One bin, from the yard to the invoice

The job you book is the job the driver updates, and the driver's update becomes the invoice. Nothing is typed twice.

  1. Dispatch

Today's jobs, scheduled pickups and overdue work on one board, each with a driver, a truck and a bin. Every bin shows on the map.

  2. Drop off and pick up

The driver scans the QR sticker on the bin and takes a photo. You see the job update as it happens, so there's no need to call.

  3. Dump and bill

One photo of the scale ticket saves the weight, fee and ticket number to the job. The fee lands on the draft invoice, and your customer gets a job report with photos.

Customized, not off the shelf

What "built around you" means

Big software companies sell the same product to thousands of haulers, and you work around it. I do it the other way, and set each company up myself.

  • Your workflow. The steps follow how a job really goes at your company, from booking to invoice.
  • Your data fields. Track what you track, in the words you use.
  • Your fleet. Your yards, bins by size, trucks and crew, each bin with its own QR sticker.
  • Your paperwork. Invoices and customer job reports that read the way you want them to.
  • Only what helps. Need something extra, like text updates for customers or online booking? We add it. If a piece isn't useful to you, it stays out.
  • Your data comes along. I'll move your bins, customers and sites over for free from a spreadsheet or the software you use now.

The demo and the sample job use placeholder data. They stand in for yours.

Ten minutes

Let's tailor it to your company

Tell me how you book, dispatch and bill today. I'll show you how Docket 28 would handle it, and we'll go from there.

I'm Tapnish, and I build Docket 28 myself. When you need a change, you call me, not a support queue.

Is this what I'd get?

It's a working starting point, already built for bin rental. What you'd get is tailored to how you actually run, so the steps, fields and wording change to match.

Do I have to use any of it?

No. Try it, keep what's useful and leave the rest. There's no obligation.

We track everything in a spreadsheet. Is switching a big job?

Not for you. Send me the spreadsheet, or an export from what you use now, and I'll bring your bins, customers and sites over. Migration is free.

Do my drivers need to install anything?

No. They open it on the phone they already carry and log in. To start a job, they scan the QR sticker on the bin.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your fleet and what you want built. Book a call and I'll give you a straight number.
